However a young professional starting out will be grateful for any furniture and appliances that are included in the tenancy. If possible it is best to remain flexible. It is important however that should you opt to furnish the property, you must ensure that the furniture matches the style of the property as closely as possible, and is in good order, complying with all the necessary health and safety regulations.

A. A trained member of staff will visit your property with the aim of providing the landlord with a detailed report of the material state of the property both inside and out. In addition, we check that the tenant is looking after the house and conforming to the obligations of the tenancy agreement.

A. In the unlikely event of a tenant not paying their rent, LD property management will take an instant and proactive action to ascertain the cause of the rent arrears. We discuss with the tenant the best way forward to comply with the terms of their rental agreement. If necessary we will instigate legal action to pursue the rent arrears via the courts However the best option is to be covered by Rent Protection Insurance.
