Our fee for this service is 13% plus VAT of the monthly rent. There is an initial set-up fee of £295.00 plus VAT for the new tenancy. This fee covers all administration costs, the preparation of the tenancy agreement and most importantly, the inventory.
2. Tent Finding and Rent Collection Service:
Our fee for this service is 11% plus VAT of the monthly rent. As with the management categories, there is an initial set-up fee of £295.00 plus VAT for the new tenancy.
3. Tent Finding Only Service:
This fee varies depending on the property in question. Generally this is around three weeks rent. Full details and a 'no obligation' quote can be obtained from our lettings management team.
